To return an item, contact our customer service department at Support@RockBottomGolf.com within 90 days of purchase.
The 90 Day Performance Guarantee is limited to one store credit return. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A copy of the original sales receipt is required for store credit. Prior written approval and return authorization (RA) number is also required prior to returning any club back to Rock Bottom Golf. Any club altered from the original purchase may not be accepted for return. Any return that has been damaged and/or displays excessive wear may not be returned. Clubs must be returned with all components as originally purchased including original headcover, wrenches and weights and in like new condition. Rock Bottom Golf has final say for failure to meet product conditions under this program. Cash refunds will not be issued.

685XD Driver
The Snake Eyes 685XD Driver was engineered to deliver faster club head speed to maximize launch and distance. The 460cc titanium head has a thinner face and sole slot, offering more forgiveness on off-center hits which allows for a straighter and further ball flight. The fixed back weight moves CG lower in the head, generating a higher and more penetrating ball flight. The 685XD is powered by a UST Helium shaft that is lightweight for increased clubhead speed.
Head Design
The 460cc titanium head has a thinner face and aerodynamic head shape, offering maximum speed and stability to generate further ball flight.

Our Policy: Our personalization policy is designed to promote freedom of expression, but also to protect against expressions of hate or promotion of harm towards others.
Customer order requests will be honored if they fall within the policy guidelines. Rock Bottom Golf must also ensure that the rights of any team, player, or organization are not infringed upon.
Additionally, all personalized orders are final and as is. Returns and refunds are not allowed and therefore, you must ensure that your design is correct upon submission.

Create and/or embroider the name of a City or State while using the color schemes of any sports teams or academic institutions
Embroider any known or recognized championship series or event (i.e. “Super Bowl Champs, World Series Champs, BCS Champs, etc.) that we are not licensed to do so.
Embroider any name/logo that is Trademarked or Copyright Protected, without express written consent from the trademark or copyright holder
This includes use of socially recognized media pop culture references that are trademarked or otherwise legally protected, even if abbreviated.
Embroider any celebrity or sports figures “hashtags” or other social media tags
Embroider any artistic media references or intellectual properties such as those found in the music/movie/television/video game/literature industries. This includes, but is not limited to:
Artist names, albums, and lyrics
Movie or Television references related to the intellectual property or actors
Any reference to video game properties or logos, etc.
Embroider any “gang” related activities such as “gang” names or “gang” symbolisms.
Embroider illicit or illegal drugs, drug symbols or words.
Embroider racist, sexist, explicit content, profanities, foul language or otherwise offensive material
Embroider material that could be construed as discriminatory to any race, creed, religion, age, person with disability or any other characteristic protected by law
