carrier does Rock Bottom Golf use?
RockBottomGolf uses a variety of carriers to get your packages to you in the best, most efficient way possible whether this be through the air or by ground delivery. Based on your delivery selection and address, our checkout system will decide the best way to get your packages to you. No matter how your goods ship, you will be provided with a tracking number to track the package to your door!
Is there a shipping discount when multiple items are purchased
at the same time?
Yes! The more you buy, the more $$$ you will save! Our checkout system will automatically combine all of your items into one order for you, providing some of the most competitive shipping prices in the industry! Orders over 20 line items will ship within 2 business days. PLEASE NOTE: ONCE YOU CHECKOUT, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ADD ITEMS TO YOUR ORDER! ALSO, COMBINED ORDERS CAN ONLY BE DELIVERED TO ONE ADDRESS!
Does RockBottomGolf ship on weekends or holidays?
RockBottomGolf's Shipping Days and Days-In-Transit do not include weekends or holidays!!! For example, if you pay for an item on Friday before noon and select Next Day Air, on-time delivery will be Monday not Saturday!!!
Can I upgrade my
shipping service?
Absolutely! We offer our customers the option to upgrade to 1 Day Express, 1 Day Service, 2 Day Guaranteed and 3 Day Guaranteed. Please see domestic rates below. Note that our shipping crew will ship any upgraded order in the most efficient way possible. Orders may be shipped in a variety of ways, including by air or ground, based on the part of the country you reside in. You may want to check the ground delivery time map (below) to make sure you're not upgrading unnecessarily!
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP VIA ONE OF OUR GROUND SERVICES (Ground Saver or Ground 1-6 Days) IF YOU DO NOT SELECT A SHIPPING SERVICE UPGRADE!

note: Days in transit are calculated beginning on the day following
shipment. For example, if payment clears at 10am on Monday and 3 Day
Service is selected, shipping will occur on Monday with Tuesday being
day 1 in transit, Wednesday being day 2 and Thursday being day 3 and the
anticipated delivery date. Standard and ground services are not
guaranteed by a certain date. Please be sure to consider this when
selecting your shipping method.
Do I need to be available to receive deliveries from Rock Bottom Golf?
A signature will be required on any order exceeding $250 to ensure there are no complications with your delivery.
What days of the week does Rock Bottom Golf deliver on?
Our ground packages are delivered to business addresses Monday - Friday and delivered to residential (home) addresses Tuesday - Saturday. Any orders with shipping upgrades (3 day, 2 day or Next Day) will be delivered Monday - Friday. Just be sure to select correctly when choosing home or business delivery during checkout and you'll be sure to get your items ASAP!

federal regulations.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Most orders
received for in-stock merchandise before 12PM EST, Monday through Friday, will
be shipped the same day!
